Held every Saturday for all guests staying at The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa, the farm-to-fork tour showcases where a lot of our food comes from: we celebrate "Fiji's own" with homegrown organic fruits, vegetables and herbs that find their way to our SuperfoodsRX™ menus at The Westin's Kitchen Grill.
This is a unqiue success story for Westin, where 10 years ago 80% of the food was imported, we now only import about 25% with the rest being carefully chosen from local producers including our very own Westin Superfresh Farm.
